Hello Neal. Thank you for your appreciation for highlighting and featuring "1976 Yankee Stadium Opening Day Sunrise" in your Sun Rays and Light Group. That morning/day in 1976 was the final day of my 2 1/2 year photography project with the razing and reconstruction of the original Yankee Stadium. The silence at sunrise was a gentle awakening for this historic new chapter which was about to take place in this great Stadium. It is my pleasure to know you Neal.

Dora, Thank you for selecting this Yankee Stadium, 1976 Opening Day sunrise. I lived and breathed with the Great City every day of my life for 21 years from 1968-91. The privileged opportunity I had to photograph the dramatic and poignant razing and rebuilding of the original Yankee Stadium between '73-'76 was one of the highlights of my photography career. It's great to be back with all of my creative New York artists again. Ross Lewis
