Description
The road signs stacked in the open lot on Beach Boulevard were waiting like dutiful soldiers. On Monday morning the workers would come to rearrange them to direct motorists to the proper lane. For now, the oranges, blacks and silvers trumpeted their art to all who would take a moment to notice.
